We offer two ways for Howcast Director’s to earn money:

• We pay you a flat $50 for each video that you successfully complete.
• As soon as your video achieves 40,000 views on Howcast, we will split any money (50/50) that we make from advertising next to your videos. If we make money, you make money. It’s that simple. We’ll also split any money we make by placing your video on any of our growing list of distribution partners (like YouTube, MySpace, Joost, etc).
